Fresh roasted beets, potatoes, spinach and onions, with a slab of delicious, creamy polenta and blue corn tortillas.  Delicious, healthy and all in one of the prettiest little towns on earth.  Wow!!!

This place is also a little market; lots of vegan, gluten free, paleo options.  Amazing espresso as well with several dairy free milk options.  This little business was bought by a young, idealistic woman just over a year ago and it’s simply adorable.  Great, casual outdoor setting with the sound of the Crystal River just a few steps away.  Wide range of food and sun dries very carefully selected.  If you find yourself in Redstone, it’s definitely worth a visit.
