Aha. That sticky, dense texture that doesn't really work for some of their other cakes
beautifully suits the banana and grains in this one. Recommended!

it is too dense! Walnut topping was nice but the batter wasn’t mixed well I
could taste a mouthful of baking soda (?) /bitterness at the end
