🧡 Yam ring is a celebration dish for birthdays & family gatherings, or when we want a perk me up. I have not met anyone yet who does not like this dish.
🧡 The chef really does this well - the ring made of yam must be crispy on the outside & velvety soft on the inside.
🧡 The fillngs are flavorful compared to the plain yam. Here, they use mock meat for the chicken chunks, together with cashew nuts.
🧡 The sauce is sweet & savoury with cucumber, red & green capsicum, and pineapple.
🧡 This dish is hearty as the yam is rich. I will definitely order this when I need a treat next time!
