Mushroom and Tofu with Rice Cake

This was probably my favourite dish. Incredible delicious and fun to eat. The fried tofu

and mushroom was so good with the crispy rice cracker and the tangy sauce.

Perfect . Original. Amazing. Never had anything like this before
