I was eager to try these sausages, and I appreciated that they didn't use commercial ones, instead making an effort to create their own in-house version - absolutely amazing! The taste was great, but the sausage could have been a bit firm, but it was soft. I couldn't tell if it was made from soy or wheat gluten, so it would be helpful if they listed the ingredients. The peppers were crunchy, and thanks to @stevenneoh for helping me finish them! ☺️
I also handed over an abillion restaurant sticker to the manager and a box of mints!
