Tiramisu

Yum!!! I think this was really close to real tiramisu ? Was super curious about

trying ever since trying @cocothekoala ’s vegan tiramisu 😌Not sure havent had the real deal 😅😂but it was creamy and alcoholly and I would’ve licked the jar if I was alone 🤪🤪🤪

I actually really liked the coconut taste of this and would recommend everyone to try!

Very light with a nice touch of rum.

is the chocolate on the bottom. The taste of the chocolate could be improved.

Tiramisu has always been one of my favourite dessert but it was hard to find

one after I turned plant-based as most version uses eggs and cheese. Luckily, Prive has a vegan version with coconut cream instead of cheese. However, I feel that they could have tested out with other cream instead as the coconut flavour was really distinct. I love coconuts but maybe not in a tiramisu. 😂 That said, the coffee-filled sponge managed to cover some of the coconut taste and it was the main highlight here (as a coffee lover). Overall, a descent dish but I would probably not order this again for the size and price too.

Privé is one of my fave restaurants in Singapore for vegan food, even if it’s

not totally vegan. They’ve really upped their vegan game this year! 🙌🏼 I loved this tiramisu - I just wished it was bigger because it was so yummy 😋 my non-vegan friends also loved it and couldn’t tell that it was any different than non-vegan tiramisu 👌🏼

This vegan tiramisu reminded me of some oriental dessert, perhaps because of the use of

coconut cream.

Ingredients: Cashew & coconut cream, espresso, rum, sponge
