I had been dying to try this trendy banana blossom fish for awhile. The texture

was definitely fish and chips-like — although my piece was significantly stringy and got stuck in my teeth, whereas my friend’s piece was more soft like fish. With the tartar sauce, it’s almost like you’re eating the real thing. The fries are well seasoned and the mushy peas have good flavour. This is definitely worth trying once!

Very unique vegan fish and chips made from banana blossom. Certainly couldn't find such dishes

in Singapore.


Tough act to follow, if you’re used to old school chippy - but best vegan

version yet :)
