Omg what an experience!

16 vegetables, so many flavours, subtly put together with so many textures all fitting together in a beautiful eating experience. I really love it, thank you Pollen! And the service :) superb place for a special occasion.

This was the freshest vegetable salad I've ever had and each ingredient was prepared

perfectly! A perfect way to start a meal at Pollen or almost enough as an entree! 🌱
