This bowl is so yummy! There are a few vegan options at this restaurant -
you can either get a pre made bowl like the one I got, or you can make your own! The Yasai Poké Bowl has white rice, tofu, fresh avocado, cucumber, edamame, jalapeño, radish, pickled ginger, togarashi (spices) and yuzu beets. They also have a variety of vegan sauces to choose from. I picked the spicy mango sauce! It was very filling and not as expensive as a lot of other spots in The Loop. Highly recommend this place!
