Plumeria is open for takeout orders these days. I’m glad I chose this eggplant dish
for my first order here. It’s a huge bowl of food. I have a hearty appetite, but I had a hard time finishing this meal in one sitting. I ordered medium spicy, which was perfect. Anything above that level would’ve been too much. 🍆 🌱
