took my non vegan friends to eat here. they loved this and were
impressed with other dishes. if you love watermelon, then you’ll love this! to the right is eggplant 🍆, also yum! 🤤

Hardest part of going vegetarian was sushi. I have always wanted to try watermelon “sushi”
. This was my first time. It was good and interesting, but not my top dish here. Perhaps ordering a roll with it included may be even better! Definitely try if you’re curious about watermelon as sushi.
Watermelon sushi is spectacular. So much flavor in a small bite too.
Out of everything I tried at Planta, this was my least favorite. A bit bland
IMO. The concept is cool but taste was lacking.
