Housemade hummus which was creamy but light on spices, roasted pumpkin squash slices which were
delicious if a tad salty, and toasted rye bread. All on a generous bed of green salad mixed with cherry tomatoes, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slivers, and agave mustard dressing. Healthy and refreshing salad! (14,500 won) Also added grilled tempeh for extra protein, which was pretty good and didn't have any bitter aftertaste. (+3,500 won / 2 pieces)
