I also got a hash brown and the whole thing was perfect, I was able to get one for my family, my fiance and my friend, all of whom are not fully vegan and all of them liked it very much. Saved me going to the other sandwich shop nearby which currently refuse to do vegan options!
Exceeded my expectations. Was also my first time tasting any kind of Tofu as I've been intimidated by it, so I'm really glad to have somewhere nearby I can get this barm from! Lovely staff also, and they were able to handle a large, complicated order.
