pintXÓ recently changed their menu which continues their tradition of offering creative fusion cuisine with

several vegetarian options that can be veganized. The names of the dishes are creative as well 😁.

We reserved ahead of time and advised we would be four vegans and the chef immediately replied with some options off-menu that he could whip up. We started with the menu "No Name," described as: seasonal vegetable croquettes spiced ras el hanout with plum raisins... then we veganized it swapping the tzatziki sauce for vegan cheese. The result is absolutely dreamy between the sweet plum, creamy cheese and pop of spice.
