My friend and I arrived at this restaurant hungry and wanting something to warm us

up on a rainy evening, we were not disappointed! When I inspected the menu, it was different then the ones I had seen online, and I there weren’t any vegan options without modifications. However, our server was so sweet and walked me through the modifications I could make for a vegan-friendly meal! With her help, I chose the BÚN CHẢ GIÒ CHAY, which is a vermicelli rice noodle dish 🍜 . It was served over fresh greens 🥬 , herbs 🌿 , and sprouts , and topped with crunchy chopped peanuts 🥜 and green onion 🧅 . In the 2nd bowl, the other part of the dish was warm saucy seasoned tofu and mushrooms 🍄 , which I was instructed to mix with the noodle salad. It ended up being a wonderful, flavorful, satisfying meal! I loved the mix of temperatures, textures, and flavors! I had a great time in this cute spot downtown and would definitely love to return!
