Thank you first and foremost PM for being open on Monday unlike any other vegan friendly restaurant 😂. You came through for me, and dayum this Mac n cheese with tomatoes, sausage and parmesan is damn near illegal.  Cheesy sauce is fire and just oh so good.

This is seriously some of the best vegan mac and cheese that I’ve had. I love the cheesy sauce. I wish this were a constant menu item at Pierogi Mountain.

Our four year old gets this dish when we go.  He can make two meals out of it if he eats appetizers too, which is nice.  He really enjoys it!

This vegan mac and cheeze was really decent. I wish it had a little more flavor though.
