Love the variety of options! I built my own bowl and chose the veggie spring
rolls, crispy tofu, sub fish sauce with peanut sauce. The portion was huge and it was flavorful with lots of crunchy fresh veggies. Unfortunately none of their pho broths are vegan so the BYO noodle and rice dishes are your best bet here.
