Very nice sandwich cookie. Love all the variety at this bakery.
This cookie sandwich, referred to as “The Classic,” was very good, overall. The quality of
the cookies and the ice cream was high; each bite offered significant chocolate chip density and the ice cream’s consistency was the right softness. My one desired change would be, if it’s possible, to make the sandwich to order, instead of already-made and stored, to ensure that the cookie isn’t hardened after being in the freezer/fridge.
