definitely my favorite dish i ordered from here! i found it to be a little
small for the price ($19) but it was a foot long so i’m not complaining that much. they also dip it in guajillo sauce for free! stuffed with asada, soy chorizo, potatoes, onions, and multiple cheeses, i found this quesadilla to be filled with delight and joy and all that is good with the world. it has a slight kick to it, although that may just be me confusing spice with the fact that it was really hot when it came out. i really liked the textural contrast between tortilla and potatoes and cheese,, and the soy chorizo was phenomenal! along with the side sauce, it was really just about a perfect dish to me and i would 100% recommend it.
