i was pleasantly surprised by this dish! i thought that the concept was intriguing and
decided to try something different. the cinnamon chips themselves were delicious and contrasted nicely with the ice cream. they remained crunchy despite being smothered. i also appreciated the various fresh fruit toppings (especially the cherries) and presentation of the dish. the only downside for me was that is was very, very sweet. i am still glad i tried it and i think it’s a dessert that’s worth a try, but the overwhelming sweetness was a bit too much for me flavor-wise.
