So lucky to have found this food truck at one of the parks in Ladysmith,

I would say their vegan hotdog is so interesting and unique. It is a medium carrot that is well-marinated, perfectly tender, and flavourful. I really enjoyed this. #veganhotdog #foodtruck #carrot

I finally got to try a carrot hotdog! It is really nice - they put

a lot of effort into it by marinating and roasting. Only downside is it's not as filling.
