Lemongrass Corn Fritters

These fritters were perfect -- crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The

dip is not vegan, so if you are vegan, you'll still enjoy these fritters on their own.

Just amazing! It is must try dish here. Really enjoyed this dish and will recommend

to my best friend.

Reminded me very strongly of fried carrot cake except with bits of corn inside.

Yummy!! Super original, very tasty, deep fried af, and comes with vegan mayo if you

ask them to switch out.

A very peckish snack, you could nibble on this all day if you wanted to.
