A dish with flat udon noodles in curry sauce/soup, corn, lettuce, carrots and "meat" cubes.
The noodles were soft but firm and have the curry was mildly spicy and thin. The "meat" cubes were very meaty in both flavour and texture - delightfully chewy. #veganisnotscary
