protein source because it was made of seaweed and sliced mushrooms. Very nice texture and the seaweed was alot in a clump. A few pieces of silken tofu were included for protein (Gone a little sourish because I went there at 5ish pm). The broth was very umami (without any milk of sorts. Please tell him not to add milk just in case) so I loved it too. Large pieces of fresh tomatoes were also in it. Served with thick beehoon.
