Tofu Frit

We got this as an appetizer to split between 3 people and it was perfect!

Super crispy on the outside and silken smooth on the inside. Plus, it’s soaking in the bottom in a delicious sweet soy sauce.

Croustillant et tendre. On croirait croquer dans une fondue parmesan 💛

They use silken tofu, which creates a delicious contrast with the crispy outer layer. We
