Open Hearted - Buckwheat Flax Pancakes

Yummyyyy pancakes! Not mind blowing but hearty (nice combo of buckwheat and flaxseed) and the berries on top were jumbo-sized

The pancakes alone taste a little bitter but with a little syrup or fruit or their coconut-cashew whipped cream, it tastes great! It’s quite a large portion & very filling.
