The staff at OFC did a great job making us a custom vegan strozzapreti which everyone at our table loved. The mixed mushrooms and spinach really went well together. My only comment would be it was a little more than a spoonful of pasta and for the price they could really go with larger portions.

Love the dish with GF pasta. We recommend a bit less pasta and more mushrooms, perhaps with a truffle flavor. Great dish nonetheless. Love the edible flowers!
