This consisted of sprouted brown rice with creamy, smoky house tofu misozuke inside and golden
cayenne peppers long-pickled in kenzanji miso (made with soy, barley, and brown rice) outside, all wrapped in nori. With a lively amount of 🔥, it was delicious.
