This Shoyu Ramen had the most unique interesting exploding flavours
A soy sauce based broth
served with fried exotic mushroom and firm tofu
They replace the egg noodles with rice noodles so it was vegan
Highly recommend you try this
I can wait to try the other Ramens
It was pricey but the quality abs service was warranted
