This was the most beautifully presented dish of the night, but I also enjoyed it

the least, sadly :( The brown rice was undercooked and the texture was too hard. The application of JUST egg here was also not very successful, I get that they were trying to recreate Japanese tamagoyaki but the texture was too soft and mushy (like bread soaked in water), and the taste was just too sweet - it reminded me of mooncake fillings, some of which are also made of mung bean so maybe that's why 😂The best part about this was the braised mushrooms, they were excellent! And avocado simply because it's avocado 💯
