removing any non-vegan items. It was coated lightly with an dressing and had toasted slices of bread. It was really good! I could tell that this business is used to getting vegans since they have a plan in place to make some of their dishes vegan friendly. The person who helped me was also curious about eating plant based and was asking questions.
absolutely DELICIOUS and I even ate it before the #veggie burger. Like the name suggests, it's s-i-m-p-l-e🌿 It has three main ingredients: delicious kale, cabbage and pieces of #vegan croutons made from their own Northstar bread. It also is covered in a great vinaigrette dressing. Just make sure to tell them you want the vegan one! It's both #sweet and #tangy and adds a great flavor. Again, they have two sizes, a whole bowl and a side with your main dish. I definitely recommend!
