This was a new dish to me at Noodles, I of course ordered it without
the Parmesan and added tofu and mushrooms, otherwise it's pretty plain as ordered. They are pretty good about modifyng dishes here to meet various dietary needs. The serving is a decent size, though like every place else these days, the prices have approached the mid-teen range. The balsamic sauce is just that, nothing exceptional but it makes for a nice lighter dish and you can add whatever veggies you want. I ordered this to go, but there was plenty of seating inside. #pasta
