the yam rolls were very crispy on the outside and the inside is filled with
delicious and soft purple yam !

Rolls texture similar to Vietnamese fried spring roll, but yam is used instead. Not too
sweet, hence not overpowering in flavour. Well balanced and a good side dish.
Chewy and delicious fresh yam filling wrapped in crunchy flaky layers, delivered (as part of
a meal) in a cute little box. The thick texture of the yam and crispy texture of the outer layers make for an enjoyable contrast of mouthfeel, though it is slightly greasy. Not unpalatably so, though.
Very yummy!! Mildly sweet yam paste filling in a deep fried rice crisp(?) exterior. These
usually are very oily on the outside but the one here was just right..maybe because dining in!

Quite an interesting side dish. It was fried well so it wasn't thaaaatttt soggy oily.
