Crap photo but the Pizza Rossa at Nolita was so good! Their dough is delicious,
its best, first authentic soft but also crispy and thin pizza dough I’ve had since going, and I’m so glad this kind of pizza is back in my life! I’m not a big fan of dried tomato but the combination of them with the cherry tomatoes here worked really well, and the roasted red peppers added an extra delicious touch 😋
