These are honestly incredible. Sweet (but not too sweet!), rich and honestly pretty decadent. Crunchy

outer shells give way to local favourite Happy Cow (definitely get salted caramel or sesame) ice cream, which is the star of the show as it melts into the pastry in a creamy dream. The dark chocolate sauce (but of course) is a beautiful finishing touch and complements the pastry and the ice cream perfectly.

Hint: if you squish the profiteroles, they resemble cute little burgers!

This is also something I’ve never been able to enjoy as a vegan — until

now! The cream filling is a light almond cream. These were covered in a raw cacao sauce and strawberry compote. My friend and I were licking the plate because they were so good!


Very nice presentation, the dough should be softer - it was hard and chewy. The

ice cream is nice.
