Well made with the ginger cooked and infused well in the vinegar. The ginger were in large chunks, all good stuff. The mock meat (only three thin slices) were also rather well cooked and there were some black fungus and tofu as well. I personally don't know how to appreciate black vinegar trotters because the sauce is always too sweet but, for fans of this dish, this is good.

Part of the Family 3+1 set. The bitter taste of the vinegar is very strong but very shiok. Be careful not to bite into the ginger because it looks very similar to the "meat" pieces.
