So delicious and flavourful.
Really had the mala flavour and it was so addictive

Mala zhang was a first for me. It’s not as intimidating as it sounds and

had a hint of spiciness while still being somewhat sweet and fragrant. An actual piece of chilli was a nice touch, though it was slightly sour. After eating half the zhang, a peppery taste lingered in the mouth.


Got it again this year! Tastier, slightly less spicy last year, less oily too.


Not as numbing as I’d like but has that mala fragrance and flavour!
