The words “stone” and “pot” invoke a very different scene in my head, one that involves a really comfy couch and a Pink Floyd album. 
But this stone pot was amazing as well.

I love the variety of veggies. The sauce is sweet not spicy. I’m fine with that but I think people usually expects spicy sauce for bibimbap style rice.

My dad’s order. Tried a mouthful of it and tasted really healthy haha. The sauce was okay but appreciate the hot stone that kept the food warm throughout

Very good and satisfying! There wasn't too much flavoring, other than the kimchi. They kept the natural flavors of the mushrooms, corn, cucumber, and dried seaweed well! I dont think the rice taste like pure white rice... seems like sesame rice? Would be great if they tried brown or mixed rice! The seasoning is on the side, so you can control the taste. It's light too!

Lastly look forward to the slightly crispy rice as you progress through the dish!

This was a very flavorful dish with lots of vegetables. 

Also, Veganuary starts tomorrow! Remember to pledge for it if you're not already vegan! 

The monkey head mushroom was very satisfyingly chewy. A perfect dish! Tasty and healthy!
