🥘 Sometimes I just want a simple throw in of different variety of foods, as
it is, without too much processing. But not a salad. So... bibimbap is a good option! Warm and calming for the soul. I like the simple flavours, and a good kimchi side kick 🤤 I'd say the sauce was actually optional, but would recommend the cafe either dilute the sauce or give 1/4 of the current serving. I think I used only 2 tablespoons. So let's not waste sauce! If there are customers who like their food really salty (really?), then maybe they can request for more... 🤔
