Lunch treat by my boss the other day! :D I choose this because I dont
really have the chance to eat burdock and I heard that is is good for health. The broth taste good, a little plain but healthy and its not too oily despite the appearance. Portion of noodles was pretty large and really worth it for the price. A pretty well balanced meal woth some veggies, beancurd skin/yuba and some mock meat for the protein (pretty sure can request for it to be removed if you are not a fan!) This is something that I would go for if I am craving for something hit and soupy :)
