Vegan version of the Chinese dish zha jiang mian. Good mix of minced mock meat
and noodles, I like having this dish when I visit Nature Cafe.

Nothing fancy. Safe option. We think it's pretty bland, so we add the sambal chilli
for the savoury tatse and spice it up.
Vegan version of Zhajiang Mian 炸酱面 (meat simmered with salty fermented soybean paste / other
sauces over thick wheat noodles). Clean/neutral tasting fare 😍👍
I didn’t really enjoy this dish. It didn’t taste like much, even the gravy wasn’t
flavourful as well. I was given the impression that it would be vegan zha jiang mian but it’s a sad pass :((( however, the portion is very hearty and there are generous amounts of veg meat and veggies, so that’s a plus. The price is not bad either!
It looked appetizing but unfortunately it was underseasoned. The sauce lacks of flavor.
