This is really delightful. 
One of those Lasagna tht u don't feel sooo sinful eating. 

Right amount of cheese, a slight sweetish taste from the squash, nice touch of the mushrooms n kale. 
I got to add cayene powder just bcos im such a spicy freak girl. 
Happy child!

When it comes to fall flavours, butternut squash is a trusty staple! Love this dish! Amazing flavours in between the layers. Good amount of kale and mushroom. Cheese melts nicely at the top. Overall, it is a comforting dish in this rainy season.
