This was really lovely, it was the perfect satisfying brunch we needed after the train
up to Edinburgh. The chicken was nice and crispy and they used the THIS bacon, which I think was the perfect choice of salty bacon to go with the maple syrup. I enjoyed the spring onion on top also, it was different but went so well! Of course the pink waffles looked so cute too, they had a great soft texture and were delicious💖 #veganisnotscary #day62
