This was really lovely, it was the perfect satisfying brunch we needed after the train

up to Edinburgh. The chicken was nice and crispy and they used the THIS bacon, which I think was the perfect choice of salty bacon to go with the maple syrup. I enjoyed the spring onion on top also, it was different but went so well! Of course the pink waffles looked so cute too, they had a great soft texture and were delicious💖 #veganisnotscary #day62

How cute is this!💗 Waffles where really soft and chewy and very filling and went

lovely with a bite of the chicken, bacon and maple. The spring onion was a lovely touch and not something I’d think of pairing together however it worked! Only thing I have to say is I was expecting something abit different, I was expecting small bite sized pieces of chicken and bacon instead of hole chicken nuggets and bacon strips. #veganisnotscary
