The Medu vada is a South Indian fritter made from urud dahl. It is usually

made in a doughnut shape, with a crispy exterior and soft interior. Really delicious here at Murugan Idli. Dipped in the sambar and assortment of chutneys elevates the flavor and it just melts in your mouth!

Usually the vada here used to be good but yesterday this was a disaster. I

did not like the black pepper in that but to be fair lot of vadas have it. The chutneys were amazing the sambhar was sad.
