Questo è l'unico baozi vegano del locale e contiene: verza, carota, tofu, spaghetti di soja e spinaci. Nonostante ami questi ingredienti non mi ha convinto. 
L'impasto del baozi forse un po' insipido, ho dovuto aggiungere la salsa piccante per insaporirlo.
