Very good albeit messy sandwich - not for eating on the go.
Not sure what kind of patty is in the middle but it’s good and it’s topped with sautéed mushroom and onions. I love whatever bread it is they used - it’s so soft and pillowy like and has a grainy flavor. Only critique would be that the sandwich could use something to give it a crunch...
