Unfortunately I think this isn't the real name of the dessert you see in the
first picture, but I tried to reconstruct it as I best could remember. It isn't indicated on the online menu, probably because it is one of the #seasonal products they create which aren't always available.
My husband is a bif fan of #biscoff , so he really wanted to try this. As for the #cinnamonroll in my previous review (https://www.abillion.com/reviews/66235069a4cd19628a77ac16), we were eager to eat and I took the picture after we already cut it in a half to share. That's why you see the line on the soft biscoff mousse instead of having it smooth and perfect as we got it. I'm not as fan of biscoff as my better half is, but this dessert had me when I got to its #bakedapple heart. This was the perfect twist for me, I loved this little cake!
The cake was nice and moist, the mousse oh so soft. A perfect combination of textures and flavors!
I'm more #teamchocolate when it comes to baked cakes, that's why we also took a #deathbychocolate brownie and a #bananacake with a beautiful chocolate ganache to eat at home. I forgot to take a picture of these heavenly products, but I assure you they were #sodelicious , even if we ate them few days later.
I'm so glad I found out about this #veganbakery thanks to the pop-up store in the HB (main station). I definitely will go to Bertastrasse just to repeat the experience, when the pop-up store won't be in the main station anymore.
