Was super excited to see that the Cafe inside Triest Airport (near the gates) had
a vegan sandwich. It featured a hummus spread and veggies (grilled zucchini, sun dried tomatos, lettuce, etc. ). The bread was really nice, but there just wasn’t enough flavor for me, could have used more hummus. Price was 6.50€.
