This consisted of meaty, savory, and sweet maple smoked 🐷-free seitan bacon, juicy tomato, lettuce,
and creamy, flavorful 🌱-based truffle cilantro mayo on toasted buttery Portland French Bakery sourdough. This was every bit as delicious as the animal-derived version. #saveveganrestaurants
