This consisted of marinated fried soy curls drenched in house-made guava BBQ sauce and
topped with citrus mojo coleslaw and onions on a Portland French Bakery bun. A mix of savory, sweet, and meaty, those soy curls were exquisitely delicious and were perfectly complemented by the crisp and tangy coleslaw. This was so satisfying.
